## What Termindesk does
- **AI phone receptionist** — a realtime voice AI answers every call, day and night, understands the request, offers only genuinely free times and books the appointment into the calendar. It can also move or cancel appointments, answer questions about opening hours, services and prices, and transfer to a human number on request. Callers are told transparently that they are speaking to an AI.
- **Online booking page** — every business gets its own booking link and QR code; customers pick a free slot themselves. Double bookings are impossible because service duration, buffers, breaks and existing appointments are taken into account.
- **WhatsApp assistant** — answers questions and books appointments in chat.
- **Reminders** — automatic appointment confirmations and reminders by email and SMS; customers can cancel or reschedule through the link, which frees the slot again.

- **Business — CHF 249**: 3 phone numbers, 2000 AI call minutes/month, 1500 WhatsApp conversations/month, priority support.
- **SMS credit is sold separately** and is in no plan: 500 SMS for CHF 49, 1500 SMS for CHF 129, no expiry. Email reminders are always included.
- **Fair use, no overage fees**: allowances reset at the start of each calendar month. When an allowance is used up the AI stops answering automatically and the team takes over — nothing is charged on top.
